Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.POSITION SUMMARYThe Director, Product Testing Center of Excellence (COE) will help to establish a brand new department within PVH NA that is charged with establishing statistically rigorous measurement frameworks and best practices so that partner functions can effectively execute product testing with their end use consumers. This role will work closely with a network of cross-functional partners to empower their own digital + physical product testing to ensure we bring product to market that will win with our consumers.Success in this role will depend upon a rigorous and detail oriented analytical approach, a creative approach to addressing complex challenges, a passion for working closely with people, and the ability to balance clear, strategic thinking with pragmatic, sleeves-rolled-up engagement and action.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & POINTS OF ACCOUNTABILITYDefines + publishes Product Test COE playbook inclusive of department purpose, offering/value to the organization, testing best practices (e.g. defining representative test + control groups, ensuring adequate sample sizes, complete v. incomplete block design, testing waves, and multivariate testing), and measurement frameworks (e.g. establishing objectives, defining KPI’s, measuring statistically significant differences, etc.)Provides ongoing training, workshops, and ad-hoc consultative support for new/existing hires within key stakeholder groups on testing best practices, measurement frameworksProvides test design + measurement support for key stakeholder groups as required, to enable their teams to execute testsCollaborates with a wide variety of internal colleagues and stakeholders, particularly with the business and shared testing groups to ensure alignment on testing process, methodology, and measurement protocolsWhen required, works closely with retailer partners to establish testing protocolsHires and manages the day-to-day of analytics team (India-based) with an eye towards productivity, positive engagement, + team member growthOther tasks as necessary to achieve the end goal of robust testing practices + adoption of testing processes internallyCommunicate with key stakeholders including: Planning, Merchandising, CMI, Wear test organization, + others as required as well as 3rd party vendors, Retail partnersIn partnership with department leadership, manages product testing budget + resourcesSupervise a minimum of two direct reportsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & DESIRED ATTRIBUTESFormal education in a quantitative field is preferred but experience is of paramount importance!6+ years prior work experience in product testing, planning/allocation, or statistical analysis/measurementStrong communication skills.
