Administer meds
allow and encourage them to do as much as they can on their own
Encourage them to eat properly and take as much fluids as possible and try to get some sort of exercise
Encourage them to get out and participate if possible in any community activities and socialize with others
maintain records throughout the day
maintain a clean safe and orderly environment
offer compassion and companionship
cleaning,mopping, washing clothes cooking preparing meals for the next day
