The intern will assist attorneys in representing the mostly Spanish speaking farm-workers. Will assist on legal research; observing court proceedings; interviewing witnesses; pre-trial discovery; drafting documents; intake/outreach. Areas of practice exposure include : employment; public benefits; housing; environmental justice; civil rights; immigration. 1L students and 2L students are considered.
