Description
Lead Solutions Architect - Digital Channels will lead accelerated digital transformation for Humana with heavy focus around customer engagement, personalization and building customer insights across each touchpoint in the Customer Journey. The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems and maintain a strong understanding of industry standards in the digital space. The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
Establish and implement contemporary digital architectures capable of meeting a continuously changing industry and market environment to support Humana's strategic goals.
Responsible for the solution design and architecture across mobile, web, marketing and e-commerce solutions and lead intelligently orchestrating contextually relevant experiences across complex customer journeys.
Work with internal and external delivery and development teams to ensure the reference architecture and strategy is understood and incrementally delivered in each initiative.
Manage tactical vs target state trade-offs to ensure delivery is achieved without the addition of technical debt.
Support new business development opportunities with emphasis on experience delivery platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
The role will require a strong technical background covering the full stack and interacting with business as well as technical stakeholders.
The Lead Solutions Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions by leveraging expert-level knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, customer relationship management, integration, DevOps technology, and cloud computing. Advises executives to develop functional strategies for Digital Channels on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field10 or more years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field
7 or more years of experience implementing solutions leveraging Digital Experience Platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore with focus on customer journey mapping
Extremely strong technical foundation with a solid background in architectural patterns involving Digital Channels (Web, Mobile, Voice) and ability to map technology concepts across various technology platforms
Cloud, platform centric thinking and expertise is expected for the role due to the nature and complexity of the existing in-house implementations
Candidate must have solution architecture and cloud architecture skills with ability to work with multiple key stakeholders with some level of uncertainty which is part and parcel of now a days business world
Candidate must be willing to switch the gears as needed to swing between different areas of Digital Channels based on the designated assignments and exigencies of duty.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Architect level certifications in Adobe Experience Manager
Solution Architect certifications
Cloud Architect certification in Azure, GCP or AWS is highly desire
