KC On-Site Technical Engineer:
We are looking for an individual who enjoys the opportunity to have a broad set of experience
with various tasks, people, and platforms. You will interact with people on a daily basis using
Jira tickets, Microsoft Teams, Slack, email, and in-person (more post-COVID). You will have a
distinct set of responsibilities while being a member of a friendly and experienced technology
team based in Kansas City, MO.
Primary Responsibilities:
The person who fills this role will have the primary responsibility to administer (IAM/RBAC)
user-based systems (AD, MS365/O365, VPN, etc.), office technology (wi-fi, A/V, conference
rooms, security system, etc.), and workstations (primarily MacBook, MDM, etc.). To be
successful the incumbent will need to graciously support both the technology needs and
related education of a relatively small group of approximately 20 local and remote co-workers.
Initial working location will have minimal time in the office with primary remote work which will
transition in conjunction with in-office workforce policies.
Secondary Responsibilities:
As time permits; the incumbent will participate in the TechOps/DevOps/DevSecOps for multicloud environment with primarily focus on Microsoft Azure. This will be a great opportunity for
skill and career growth into the evolving Cloud and DevOps world.
