Extract data from price lists and convert to Excel spreadsheet or database 2020
We have a range of price lists from our suppliers they come in a variety of formats, normally PDF and some excel and gsheets. I need to be able to have the data extracted and presented in a standardised format that can then be used in other applications or in a spreadsheet.
Each price list is formatted differently but the basic information we need is the same from each Model No (SKU), Description, Cost Price ex GST, Cost Price Inc GST, RRP (Recommend Retail Price)
If the items have more than one colour then each one needs to be listed with a unique Model No. which should be supplied in the price list. If not then just the colour can be added to the end of the model number.
Initially we would like 40-50 files converted if that works well then there are many more. There are also regular updates to the price lists and we would need these changes updated as well on an ongoing basis.
