The candidate conducts investigation with legal impact-EEO issues, possible disparate treatment issues based on HR trends by EEO categories, harassment, assault, and provides recommendations for actions and next steps applying Just Culture. Participates in stay and exit interviews; and complex ADA interactive processes. Advises leaders and colleagues in complex LOA issues. Provides Training on HR Compliance issues-lunch and learns on professionalism, favoritism and any other root cause trends within ER cases.
