I would like a tool developed that allows a non-technical user (administrator) to enter, store and organize basic text data into a data source. On command, certain data within the data source is sent to a graphic image that contains dynamic text boxes within graphic image that will be shared with an online community on the Telegram messaging app. The data in the text boxes will change frequently after each round of questions, but will contain only alphanumeric text and symbols. Preferred data source would be MS Word, MS Excel, or MS Access- whichever offers the greatest flexibility and simplicity (I’ll leave that to your professional judgement).
As new data is entered into data source, upon command, existing data in dynamic text fields will update and flow from one text field to another in a specific order. Administrator needs ability to make changes as well. End users are familiar with MS Word and MS Excel. If tool is built with any other program, user interface must be very user-friendly - easily used and maintained by an intermediate PC user.
