The LPN is a member of the medical team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs in a facility setting.
We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses for full-time or part-time opportunities.
With multiple options such as home care, facilities, and hospice we have something for everyone! Whether you prefer to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekdays, or weeknights we have you covered!
Our LPNs can pick what days, shifts, and locations they want to work based on what is available.
In order to be eligible for the sign-on bonus, you must work full-time hours for 8 weeks and be hired before 2-1-21.*

Job Requirements
Valid LPN license in the State of Ohio
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to pass a drug test
Current CPR Certification
Recent negative TB test or chest x-ray
Recent negative COVID test results
