Need App Developer for IoT iOS and Android Apps
Looking for a versatile Software Engineer with strong Android development skills, and some iOS capabilities as well. Requires the ability to code in Java and lower level Android languages (possibly C for JNI) but also work in React-Native code to create a cross platform application for Android and iOS.
Deliverables:
1) Android App that runs on IoT device with a screen but no touch/input device
- Includes several modules such as WebRTC, QR Code reading, Wifi Management, Image manipulation
- Requires customization of device launcher and OTA updater
- Performance optimization of code to ensure it runs well on this hardware
2) Android and iOS App developed in React-Native or Cordova to control the IoT device
- communicates with IoT device
- manages user account
- talks to server back end and relays messages as needed
Long term project if software delivered is high quality and on-time.
