Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate (2-5 years) to join its Nashville office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to handle employment litigation and counseling matters.

About the Role

The Associate will represent employers in employment disputes and provide counseling on workplace compliance. This role offers hands-on experience, client contact, and mentorship from experienced employment lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims


• Provide counseling on employment policies, handbooks, and compliance


• Draft employment and severance agreements


• Represent clients in administrative proceedings

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law


• Strong writing and advocacy skills


• Licensed to practice in Tennessee
