Part-Time-Temporary,Adjunct, Sociology and Criminal Justice
The candidate will be teaching of a specified course, manage preparation of course materials,providing support and guidance to students and grade reporting. Should be cooperating with course coordinators or other program faculty to assure quality and consistency across the program. Should have a Master’s Degree in Sociology or Criminal Justice or closely related majors and/or a Juris Doctorate. In some cases, individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree and extensive experience as a practitioner may qualify. Will be given to candidates who have an ABD or PhD in Sociology or Criminal Justice, previous teaching experience, and willingness to be flexible in class scheduling. May require standing for long periods of time, talking for long periods of time and carrying course materials.
