I need this done for my website. It will have to be custom in design because it must match with my website design and concept. It should allow for multiple chat rooms to be created and multiple people joining.
The custom website chatroom must include:

• 1) Custom, live chatroom plugin for WordPress.
• 2) It should be able to integrate with already logged in members/subscribers (auto log in).
• 3) Users should have access to instant messenger system on the bottom right hand side. A chat icon which opens to group chats and/or instant messaging (editable with logos, photos, etc.)
• 4) Users should be able to chat with other users unlimited while in a chatroom.
• 5) Members able to create chatrooms (blocking capability available for admins).
Each topic the user will be able to click and create subsections of those topics. Example:

• 6) Members should be able to join multiple chat groups at one time (5-7 chatrooms).
• 7) A system that allows for users (subscribers/VIP Members) to vote and kick other members if they are intolerable or off topic. (Example: for group chat rooms of 5 users - 4 out of 5 users need to vote to kick. For group chat room of 10 users - 7 out of 10 need to vote kick).
• 8) Variability; to change hosted group chat service from current servers to a cloud server/dedicated server.
• 9) Advertisements should be able to float (banners etc./AdWords).
• 10) Be able to set limit of users in group chats (Admin).
• 11) The plugin should be customizable with colors; fonts, design etc. (admin.)
• 12) the admin should be able to choose if the service will be a Hosted Group Chat (dedicated server/cloud) or Installed Group Chat (service providers webhosting). Another viable option which we prefer, is that the user uses their bandwidth (if possible) to support the chat group. (to keep the burden off host site).
• 13) Live chatrooms should be able to delete themselves after no usage after an hour. (chatrooms created by users).
• 14) A private chat between chatters capability.
• 15) Live video and audio calls.
• 16) Add files and photos.
• 17) Mobile and web friendly.
• 18) Admin rolls (responsibilities).
• 19) Must be able to monetize (example: pay wall/donations/services/advertisements).
• 20) Be able to integrate with most WordPress themes.
• 21) Customizable with Java, Java Script, CSS etc.
• 22) Customizable with Elementor and/or background editor.
• 23) Geo targeting capabilities.
• 24) Closable chatroom and expandable chat room to be able to access user profiles, community page and instant messenger.
• 25) Members able to report users that are abusive, repulsive, not professional, off topic etc.
• 26) Banning if the individual is kicked by votes after 4 times for 24 hours (admin can control amount of time the user is banned).
• 27) Removal in chatrooms after 5 minutes automatic after no activity.
• 28) Be able to like or dislike an individual who is in the group chat system. The like and dislike should carry over throughout their profile (checks and balance system). The like or dislike system will keep social norm levels normal.
• 29) Set topic Pools that never delete are: (admin needs to be able to edit topics)
