Subject: request for website builder for an ecard business
Hello.
I have a company which sells personalized gift items online. I am thinking of complementing my business by adding an ecard option for my clients.
I believe the first step is to set up a completely new and dedicated ecard website similar to some of the online ecard sites such as:
I understand that the above companies are old and well established and they have been operating for years in this business. However in order to succeed I need to have almost very similar ecard solutions for my clients such as:
- Client membership with login, set up and payment options (monthly, yearly)
- Sending ecards from member/sender email to receiver email
- The ecards will have to be in several file formats jpg, gif or videos
- Customize ecard by attaching a client message as well as scheduling the day ecard is to be sent
- Option to schedule dates to send members ecards in advance
- Option for a client to upload own image, audio or video to be used as an ecard or as an attachment to an ecard
- Ecards to be grouped in Categories (birthday, thank you, graduation, wedding, anniversary, holidays, themes, mother, father, baby....etc)
- If possible to integrate Google ads banners to generate more income
Therefore I am looking for a professional website designer/programer who can provide me with a complete solution on which I can expand this business gradually by continuously adding new ecards as the business grows in the future.
I have used Wix before to set up several simple websites. Unfortunatly I don’t have the time nor the expertises to do this project on my own. Besides I also don’t know if Wix is the right platform for such a website (ie ecards business). Unfortunate I have little experience with Wordpress which many say is more suitable for such a task, however I can use Wordpress if it is better.
Once the ecard website is up and running then the second step is to integrate my own personalized gift business together with this new ecard website. One idea is to offer a free ecard membership to my clients who buy my personalized gift items so they can send their own messages/ecards/video/audio in addition to the actual gift they buy.
Therefore if you are interested in helping me with setting up this ecard website then feel free to contact me so we discuss the costs and the requirements needed for this project.
Thank you
