Please do not bid if you cannot apply this solition in coding.
My ASP.NET site has certain system email notifications that go out to clients/users, and I need to have a new system created using SMTP CODING that will connect to a service like Sendgrid or similar. I needs to send customized email using a template and calling some data to fill in (name, title, etc.) from database. My site is ASP.NET with a MySql5 database. Heres what I understand about what is needed:
I need to basically CODE AND CREATE a custom smtp server and create send email http call to the api of Sendgrid or similar. I also need to split the bulk emails into batches for better delivery by using an asynchrynous timer function, or some manual method to send out small batches of a designated group (each email customized to each individual user info).
Please dont bid if you havent done this type of solution before.
My budget is $100 plus bonus when completed.
