This position serves as a liaison to the business franchise within the Janssen Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson Commercial organizations and Information Technology, with a focus on sales processes/solutions and digital marketing. The job responsibilities include direct interaction with business partners to understand the capabilities required by the business, to assess the current state, and to develop requirements specifications that support the overall sales and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities will also include the following;

Gathers and document sales or marketing requirements from the business, builds project scope, and coordinates all project tasks, ensuring that project plans are defined and executed to achieve the business and technical objectives. Deliver project solutions to specified requirements on schedule and within budget following SDLC. Assists in the management of project budgets, and assures timely management/response to all issues and opportunities that can affect the project. Apply knowledge of industry and competitive environment in all facets of daily job functions. Interface and manage strategic relationships with business partners by representing and promoting IT capabilities. Optimizes the work of the brand teams through participating in business planning, needs analysis and business risk assessment, leading business process redesign, acclimating the business processes to changes in technology and consulting with the customer on how to best support the business through the effective use of digital technologies. Ensure that J&J information assets are appropriately identified and valued, and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of I/T professional experience is required. Technical knowledge in following areas is preferred; Sales Processes, Mobile Technology & Applications, Digital Marketing and general knowledge of Analytics and Reporting. Project Management experience delivering medium to large scale projects from concept through delivery and operations is required. Business partnering skills and strong analytical/problem-solving skills are required. Vendor Management skills are preferred. The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment is required. Experience with mobile technology is required. This position requires limited domestic travel. Routine travel to the New Jersey area is possible and required.
