Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Labor Management Relations Senior Counsel (7+ years) to join its Labor Management Relations practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity open across the firm's offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, San Diego, and San Francisco.

About the Role

The Senior Counsel will advise employers on labor management relations, including collective bargaining, union campaigns, and NLRB proceedings. This role offers significant client contact and leadership opportunities within a nationally recognized practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employers on collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance arbitration


• Represent clients in NLRB proceedings and union election campaigns


• Counsel on strikes, lockouts, and picketing matters


• Provide strategic advice on labor relations compliance and risk management


• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in labor management relations law


• Strong experience with NLRB proceedings and collective bargaining


• Excellent counseling and advocacy skills


• Licensed to practice in the state corresponding to the office location

Compensation

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $225-$280k per year. This is an estimate based on the office location.
