Duties

• Advise on private credit and finance matters.

• Engage in borrower-side lending activities.

• Contribute to asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance at a recognized law firm.
• Demonstrated lending experience.
• Exposure to borrower-side transactions is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
