A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its growing practice in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves managing a robust caseload of disability claims, advocating for clients before Administrative Law Judges, and collaborating with a high-performing support team. Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims, from initial application to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate effectively on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.



• Develop legal strategies, gather evidence, and build compelling cases to secure benefits for clients.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and communication.



• Collaborate with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active license in good standing with at least one US state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings and managing a high-volume caseload.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.



• Show strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.



• Be self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working in an office-based team environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).

Skills

• Experience with cross-border matters is not required, but experience with high-volume disability claims is desired.



• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage an active caseload.



• Strong collaborative skills for working with legal professionals and support teams.
