A law firm seeks an Associate for its Construction Litigation Practice Group in Orlando, FL. This role involves supporting Board Certified partners in complex, high-value construction disputes. Duties

• Assist Board Certified partners in managing complex, large-dollar construction disputes and litigation matters.



• Independently cover hearings and depositions, demonstrating strong courtroom presence and preparation.



• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage case files in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.



• Engage in client interaction and gain substantial trial experience under the guidance of senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.



• 3 to 7 years of relevant complex litigation experience, with a focus on construction matters preferred.



• Excellent litigation skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently in the courtroom.



• Strong organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Education

• Top academic credentials from an accredited law school are highly preferred.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar is required.

• Proficiency in courtroom advocacy, including handling hearings and depositions.



• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and court interactions.
