Duties

• Advise clients on governance, covenant enforcement, collections, and transactional matters.
• Represent associations in collection proceedings and related trials.
• Manage matters and counsel community association boards.
• Appear in court and cultivate long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant legal experience.
• DC/MD bar admission required; VA bar is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in DC/MD; VA bar preferred.
