A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join their Real Estate Finance group in St. Louis, with a preference for Atlanta. The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate financing transactions, representing lenders/buyers and/or borrowers/sellers.

Duties

• Represent clients in loan originations, refinancings, and restructurings.
• Handle preferred equity financings and warehouse lending structures.
• Manage CRE repurchase facilities and note-on-note transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents.
• Oversee due diligence and transaction closings.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
