Duties

• Assist with fund structuring, governance, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Requirements

• 3rd to 5th year associate experience in investment funds/management.
• Experience advising various types of investment funds.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
