Duties

• Manage and execute commercial litigation matters from inception through trial or resolution.



• Conduct legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and other court filings.



• Represent clients in adversarial proceedings before federal and state courts and administrative bodies.



• Coordinate case strategy and manage project timelines to ensure efficient case progression.

Requirements

• Current admission to the New York State Bar.



• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation.



• Proven ability to handle adversarial proceedings in federal and state courts.



• Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active New York Bar license.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing proficiency.



• Superior verbal and written communication skills.



• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
