Duties

• Meet with clients to assess immigration issues and develop case strategies.

• Draft legal briefs and supporting documents.
• Represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines.
• Communicate case progress to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas.
• Participate in firm meetings and continuing legal education.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of immigration law and issues.
• Experience handling a variety of immigration and legal issues.
• Proficiency with visas-related work and documentation requirements.
• Ability to manage a dedicated immigration caseload.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a litigation or immigration-focused practice setting is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility to practice in Texas preferred.
