• Handle general corporate and commercial transaction law matters.

Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience in sexual harassment and discrimination law defense.
• Familiarity with overtime and wage dispute cases.
• Knowledge of management-side labor law and CBA negotiations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
