Duties

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and prepare settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and personal injury law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Compassionate and client-centered approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
