• Manage estate and trust administration matters, including representation in Surrogate's Courts.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
• Admission to the New York Bar.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
