A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior litigation associate with expertise in computer hardware and software for their Reston, VA office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

• Duties
• Conduct patent litigation and IPR proceedings before the PTAB.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals in electrical and computer technology.

• Requirements
• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.
• At least 4 years of solid litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing skills.

• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Certifications
• USPTO registration number preferred.
