A law firm seeks an experienced Probate and Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in Lawrenceville, GA. This full-time position offers hybrid work flexibility and requires a professional capable of managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.

Duties

• Handle estate planning and probate administration, including guardianship and conservatorship matters.
• Draft Wills, Trusts, and ancillary documents using Wealth Counsel.
• Conduct consultations, develop legal strategies, and manage files from intake to resolution.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients.
• Collaborate with legal and support staff for optimal outcomes.
• Manage court calendars, deadlines, and tasks independently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Georgia Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in estate planning and probate administration or fiduciary litigation.
• Strong courtroom and litigation skills.
• Experience in drafting estate planning documents in Wealth Counsel.
• Exceptional organizational and technological skills.
• Excellent communication and client-relation skills.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a strong plus.
