Duties

• Represent underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs and other securities offerings.
• Engage in follow-on public offerings and private placements.
• Assist public companies with '34 Act work.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets.
• Active bar membership in the state of practice.
• Experience with '34 Act work is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar membership.

Skills
