Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience in banking and finance.



• Proven track record in handling securitization and structured finance matters.



• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
