Duties

• Engage in regulatory litigation and Administrative Procedure Act challenges.
• Handle Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement disputes and audits.
• Participate in government investigations and False Claims Act defense.
• Conduct substantial briefing and appellate advocacy.
• Support a respected reimbursement and regulatory practice.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Exceptional research, analytical, writing, and litigation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated interest in health law and policy.
• Experience or strong interest in health care regulatory disputes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
