A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior project finance associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join its Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects practice in Washington, DC. This role involves leading complex transactions at the intersection of finance, business, and government, including those related to the space and satellite industry, export credit agencies, and renewable energy.

Duties

• Lead significant workstreams on project finance and related transactions.
• Coordinate directly with partners and clients.
• Drive execution across multidisciplinary deal teams.
• Serve as an integrator across transactions and teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.

Requirements

• Strong project finance experience.
• Excellent drafting and transaction management skills.
• Experience with energy and infrastructure, ECA/DFI financings, or Latin America is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Commitment to client service.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
