Duties

• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of business immigration legal points.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level clients.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients and manage associated risks.
• Lead projects and manage immigration cases from start to finish.
• Allocate resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop strategic plans to strengthen client relationships.
• Anticipate market changes and provide intelligence to team and clients.
• Lead continuous improvement processes for team efficiency.
• Identify and engage in business development opportunities.
• Manage or collaborate on client presentations and meetings.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Associates and staff.
• Ensure compliance with firm protocols and standards.
• Develop a network of relationships within the firm.

Requirements

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 8+ years of experience at Associate level.
• Expertise in immigration law.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM).

Certifications

• Bar membership in a US State or Washington DC.
