Requirements

• 3-5 or more years of experience in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice.
• Experience spanning both litigation and transactional aspects of bankruptcy law.
• Requisite bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice (Delaware).
• Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
