Duties

• Provide strategic risk management advice to reduce or eliminate financial exposure for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in litigation.



• Ability to work on-site in Canton, Ohio, with occasional remote work permitted.



• Strong professional communication skills for interacting with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio.

Skills

• Experience with cross-border matters is desired.



• Proficiency in handling medical malpractice, insurance defense, and general liability cases.



• Ability to manage contracts, construction defects, and corporate/business law matters.
