Duties

• Prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Identify appropriate strategies for handling cases.
• Work with experts and communicate with clients.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury defense, complex casualty litigation, mass and toxic tort litigation, product liability and tort litigation, aviation, or commercial litigation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
