Duties

Requirements

• Civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and court appearances.
• Knowledge of Florida court procedures and civil litigation workflows.
• Experience with creditors' rights and real estate litigation preferred.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
