• Communicate with clients to explain options and guide them through the process.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases efficiently.
• Utilize digital case management systems to organize and track matters.
• Stay informed about relevant bankruptcy laws and court requirements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Kentucky law license in good standing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
• Comfort with technology and digital case management tools.
• Ability to drive to in-person court appearances throughout Kentucky.

Education
