Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in Nebraska.
• 8+ years of experience in employment and labor law (employer-side preferred).
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
• Sound judgment and confidence in decision-making.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage across teams.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong commitment to client service.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new systems and processes.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
