Duties

• Develop and execute case strategies and trial plans.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and orders.
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and collaborate with experts.
• Lead mediations and trials, aiming for at least two resolutions monthly.
• Manage and mentor a paralegal team, ensuring effective case management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and responses.
• Participate in intake calls and strategy meetings.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury.
• Experience in taking depositions and arguing motions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn toxic torts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar License.
