Job Duties:
Assist MSI US sales team in all aspects of sales activities
Respond to all inquiries and requests from internal sales team and customers in a timely and professional manner
Expedite all sales related paperwork as well as arrangements in shipment
Generate and prepares weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports
Processe customer purchase orders and credit claims
Perform other job duties as manager assigns
Qualifications:
1 year sales related work experience in IT distributor or resellers preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
