Duties

• Advise on maximizing intellectual property value and navigating digital media risks.
• Provide strategic, dispute-avoidant counsel to clients.

Requirements

• Experience in federal and state court litigation.
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional, or sophisticated boutique firm.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• A portable book of business valued at $350K or more.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Washington, DC.
