Duties

• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify and document adjacent legal needs for clients.

Requirements

• JD and active Florida Bar license.
• 5+ years of experience in business advisory, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently with budget discipline.
• Strong communication skills with clients and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to work within and improve structured systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
