Duties

• Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in structured financing transactions.
• Handle junior and senior credit facilities, acquisition financings, and capital call facilities.
• Engage in syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, and healthcare finance.
• Participate in intercreditor arrangements, workouts, and restructurings.
• Work on project financings, sale/leaseback transactions, and various credit financings.
• Represent private credit lenders in direct lending transactions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience for junior associates; 4-6 years for mid-level associates.
• Experience in private equity debt finance.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing.
