• Requirements
• Minimum of eight years of experience in fund finance and debt financing.
• Significant expertise in NAV and other fund-related credit facilities.
• Proven track record in syndicated lending and acquisition financings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Active bar admission in California.
