Duties

• Take ownership of client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Must be admitted to the New York Bar; admission to the Delaware Bar is a plus but not required.



• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity, debt financing, or M&A.



• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong ownership mentality.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New York.
