Duties

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Contribute to capital markets transactions and compliance reporting.
• Advise on venture capital and early-stage investment transactions.
• Engage in structured finance transactions and investment management.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Arizona.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with corporate governance and private offerings preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar or eligibility for admission.
