The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and significant experience in technology and IP-focused transactions, with at least five years of law firm practice.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate development, collaboration, licensing, supply chain, outsourcing, and technology services agreements.
• Manage IP and M&A due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate IP provisions in corporate transactional agreements.
• Advise clients on IP ownership, protection, and licensing strategies across various industry sectors.

Requirements

• At least five years of law firm practice.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior associates.
• Experience in technology-driven industries is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
